Scheduling System
College of Media classrooms and labs can be reserved using our online scheduling system. You can use this system to request a room for an ad hoc session or for an entire semester. Visit the Scheduling System to submit a request.

Class Folders
Class folders are available on a shared server. These folders can be used to store shared class materials and assignments. A request must be made for a class folder before the start of each semester. Visit the Class Folder page for more information.

Software Installation
To see which software is already available in College of Media labs, visit our Software page. If you would like to request that a piece of software be installed, you will need to submit a request before the start of the semester. Visit the Software Installation page for more information.
