During Class Time

Any student enrolled in a College of Media course that meets in a computer lab in Gregory Hall or Richmond should be able to use their i-card to swipe into the room during class time.

Evening Hours

College of Media students and students enrolled in a College of Media class have access to rooms 001 003 013 Gregory Hall via i-card swipe during evening and weekend hours. The labs are open to these students when classes are not in session. Please visit Lab Schedules to check for availability. Labs are staffed by help desk attendants between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday.

Gaining Access

Class rosters are loaded into the system at the beginning of each semester. If your i-card does not work, please email media-help@illinois.edu with your full 16 digit i-card number. Include which room you need access to.
